Curb & Key Property Services ("we") runs curbandkeyproperty.com. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone, email, property address and details about the work. Contractors who apply also share business details such as trades, service area and insurance status.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, quote and schedule work, and run our business. We share property details with the vetted subcontractors assigned to your job, only as needed to do the work. We don't sell your information.

Photos and drone work

We take before-and-after photos of the properties we work on to document the job. We don't use photos of your property in our marketing without your permission. Drone flights follow FAA rules, and we frame shots on the property we're hired for.

Please don't send

Don't send lockbox codes, passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers or W-9s through website forms or email. We'll arrange a secure way when needed.
