How our system works
From first call to first payday.
Everything runs through your crew portal, so you always know what's open, what's yours and what you've been paid.
1ApplySend the contact form below. We'll call you to talk about your trade, area and availability.
2Get onboardedFill out our onboarding form with your insurance, W-9 and signed sub agreement. Then do one paid trial job.
3See jobs in your crew portalOpen jobs near you show the area, scope, dates and pay. Request the ones you want.
4Do the work, upload photosOnce you're assigned, the address and scope PDF unlock. Upload before/after photos when you finish.
5Get paid weeklyApproved work is paid every week. You never chase a client for money.
The job board is for approved crews onlyOnce you're onboarded, you log in to see open jobs near you with the city, scope, dates and pay. The address unlocks once you're assigned, and finished jobs show their pay status, from review to approved to paid.

General liability insuranceA current certificate of insurance. We'll ask to be listed as certificate holder.
W-9Submitted securely through our onboarding form, never by email or text.
Signed subcontractor agreementOur standard 1099 agreement covering scope, quality, photos and payment.
Trade licenses where requiredFor example a Georgia low-voltage license for wired cameras, or a FAA Part 107 certificate for drone work.
